Perhaps you have a jazzy new scanner at home and want to use it to provide us with your pictures and artwork on disk. That will cut a considerable amount of money from the finished product right there. Maybe your secretary has had a few extra minutes you have noticed here and there, she could convert your papers and brochures to an electronic format. That can also cut some of the expenses. Basically the easier your material is for us to work on the less our billing will be.

Now that you have gotten past all that what do you need?  We ask you to gather your materials before we meet. Please remember YOU are the expert in your field, we know nothing about it. Our service takes the materials you have provided to us and present it on the internet that is beneficial to you and your potential clients.

We can either meet in person if that is convenient or work over the phone and thru E-mail and over the telephone.

-First we ask you to sketch out a flow chart of what you want your web site design to cover.
-Also a color scheme, perhaps the one you are using on your business cards or stationary. We want your web site design to convey the continuity of your established environment.
-Gather all artwork, pictures, or soundclips you would like to include on your site.
-Have a basic idea of what you want your website to look like before hand, perhaps even have a couple of web site addresses you like and we can look at together.
